Shipping & Refund Policy

Pricing:

All the products listed on the site will be sold at the retail prices mentioned on the website unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis, but some of them could change. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery no additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order. The price at which you buy will be the final applicable price for the sale.

Cancellation by Site/Customer:

 Orders once placed can be cancelled by sending us an email on contact@kushaspices.us within 30 mins of placing them. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion, can cancel such orders. We will maintain a
negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them subsequently.

Return & Refunds:

We have a “no questions asked return policy” which entitles all our members to return the product if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product, provided thepouches have not been opened and the seal is intact. The customer will have to send such orders back to us at Gurow Trading Co LLC, 5855 Lightfoot Lane, Frisco, TX – 75036 at their own cost. Please also add
a note along with briefly mentioning the reason for the rejection. This will help us to serve you better in future. We will take the returned product back and issue a credit note for the value of the returned products. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills. It would not be possible for us to issue a cash refund in such cases.

You Agree and Confirm

  • That in the event of a non-delivery on account of a mistake by you [i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information] any extra cost incurred by GTC for re-delivery shall be claimed from you.

  • That you will use the services provided by the site, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the site.
  • You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. ERVPL/GTC reserve the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation, your details are found not to be true [wholly or partly], ERVPL/GTC have the right in their sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the
    services and/or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
  • You authorize ERVPL/GTC to contact you for any transactional purposes related to your order/account.

  • That you are accessing the services available on this site and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this site. That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct, complete and proper in all respects. That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description.

Shipping Information

  • As per our current billing policy all orders amounting $49.00 and above, but weighing less than 10lbs will be shipped for FREE.
    For orders below $49.00, based on your location and weight of cart we offer minimum shipping charge options.
  • Orders to be delivered to zip codes 75033, 75034, 75035 would have a 1-2 day shipping option.
  • These would be fulfilled by USPS Connect Local Mail Service.
  • For orders over $49.00 and weighing more than 10lbs, shipping bill would be calculated and emailed to the customer so as to authorize the shipping charges. Only once the same is approved and paid for, would the order would be despatched. Every effort would be made to charge only the minimum shipping rate necessary to provide unbeatable products and service on every order.
  • Most orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage would have a 2-5 business days shipping time.
  • Please note that the delivery times are estimated and GTC does not guarantee shipping by a certain date. We reserve the right to choose any shipping method best suited (i.e. FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS etc.) to get your order to your doorstep in the fastest possible time.
    All orders would be processed, shipped and delivered on business days: Monday-Friday only (excluding weekends and major public holidays).
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities of items that can be purchased on our website based on weight and shipping location.
  • Kindly note that we do not ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses, and also do not ship internationally outside the US at this time.
